In addition to the health care fee, no separate fees are charged for the use of FSHS services. Bachelor\u2019s and Master\u2019s students studying for a degree and who have registered to attend the coming semester, are entitled to the services and thus obliged to pay the health care fee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The health care fee in 2021 is EUR 35.80 per semester. You can make the payment covering the spring semester in Kela&#8217;s online\u00a0 transaction service. For those who have registered for the spring semester, the payment deadline is 31st January 2021. Kela does not send a separate invoice for the payment, but must remember to pay it in Kela&#8217;s online service. If you cannot identify with Kela&#8217;s transaction service, you can also pay the payment by bank transfer.
