The disruption may continue until Tuesday, January 26th.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Some tutor applications have not been received due to these malfunctions. If you have applied as a tutor and have not received a response from us, please send your application again to tuutorointi@sammakko.fi.<\/li>\n<li>If you have contacted our customer service emails and have received an error message or haven&#8217;t got response to your message, you can contact us on some of our channels (Facebook <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/opiskelijakuntaSAMMAKKO\/\">here<\/a>, Instagram <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/opiskelijakunta_sammakko\/\">here<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>We hope that on Monday and Tuesday (January 25th and 26th, 2021), customer service messages will be sent primarily through out social media channels due to technical changes related to our email servers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are deeply sorry about the situation and any inconvenience and ask for your patience.
