Satakunta University of Applied Sciences’ student union SAMMAKKO elects one (1) student member to the Board of Satakunta University of Applied Sciences Ltd.
The selected student member must be a full-time degree student present at SAMK. The term of the elected representative begins at the end of the 2022 Annual General Meeting and ends in 2023 at the end of the Annual General Meeting. The person selected is required to have the opportunity to commit to the position and to have the familiarity and active grip to successfully complete the position throughout the term of office. Previous experience in similar positions is considered an advantage.
The duties and responsibilities of a member of the Board of Directors of a limited liability company are governed by the provisions of the Companies Act and the by-laws of Satakunta University of Applied Sciences.
The student representative is required to work closely with the student union during the term. Applications are submitted using this form. The application period ends on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at 11.59 pm.
The selection will be made by the Student Union Representative Council at its meeting on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at 5 pm.
