Atte Mannila for the SAMOK Board
Atte Mannila, Chair of the Board of Student Union SAMMAKKO, has received a mandate from SAMMAKKO’s Representative Council to run for the SAMOK Board for 2027. He is primarily seeking the position of Chair, but the mandate also allows him to run for other positions on the Board. SAMOK’s General Assembly will be held in Helsinki on 29–30 October 2026.
Campaign and candidacy
Atte Mannila announced his candidacy on social media this summer. His candidate letter and the campaign’s main goals were sent to SAMOK’s member student unions this week.
The campaign’s main goals are:
- Making everyday student life better
- Wellbeing is part of education policy
- Universities of applied sciences build Finland’s future
- From degree to working life
