There has occured malfunctions in SAMMAKKO’s e-mails since Tuesday 19th January. The disruption may continue until Tuesday, January 26th.
- Some tutor applications have not been received due to these malfunctions. If you have applied as a tutor and have not received a response from us, please send your application again to email@example.com.
- If you have contacted our customer service emails and have received an error message or haven’t got response to your message, you can contact us on some of our channels (Facebook here, Instagram here)
- We hope that on Monday and Tuesday (January 25th and 26th, 2021), customer service messages will be sent primarily through out social media channels due to technical changes related to our email servers.
We are deeply sorry about the situation and any inconvenience and ask for your patience. SAMMAKKO e-mails should work normally from Wednesday 27th January on.
