Tule mukaan jännittämään Opiskelijakunta SAMMAKKOn edustajistovaalien 2020 tuloksia Opiskelijatalo Saikulle! 🐸✨🎊 🎉
Ennen virallisten tulosten julkistamista on mahdollisuus verkostoitumiseen sekä kokemusten vaihtamiseen liittyen edustajisto- ja hallitustyöskentelyyn. Paikalla on sekä SAMMAKKOn hallituksen että edustajiston jäseniä kertomassa omia kokemuksiaan tämän vuoden työskentelystä.
Myös etäosallistuminen tapahtumaan on mahdollista HILL-etäyhteyden kautta (http://hill.webex.com/join/opku)
Illan aikataulu on seuraavanlainen:
🟢 klo 17.30 avaamme Opiskelijatalo Saikun ovet
🟢 klo 18.00 alkaen vapaamuotoista oleskelua sekä pientä ohjelmaa ja infoa esimerkiksi edustajisto- ja hallitustyöskentelystä.
🟢 Jossain vaiheessa iltaa, kun kaikki äänet on laskettu, saamme vaalitulokset ja juhlistamme vuodelle 2021 valittua edustajistoa. 🥂
🟢 klo 22.00 tapahtuma päättyy
Vaalivalvojaisia vietetään vallitseva tilanne huomioon ottaen! Noudatamme THL:n ohjeistuksia koronan suhteen.
Älä tule kipeänä paikan päälle – tarjolla myös etäosallistumisen mahdollisuus!
Huolehdi hyvästä käsihygieniasta – tapahtumassa käsienpesumahdollisuus sekä käsidesiä.
Lataa ja käytä Koronavilkku-sovellusta. Emme voi painottaa tarpeeksi kaikkien koronaohjeistuksien ja yleisen varovaisuuden noudattamista. Sovelluksen käyttö edellyttää Bluetoothin päällä olemista.

Come with us to tense student union SAMMAKKO’s body of representatives election 2020 results to Saikku! 🐸✨🎊🎉
Before publishing the official results there is a possibility to network and also to share experiences about representative and board work. There will be present SAMMAKKO members of representatives and board to tell their experiences from this year.
There is also a possibility to participate through remote access (hill.webex.com/join/opku).
Schedule for the night:
🟢 17:30 o’clock doors will open
🟢 18:00 o’clock time for some chitchat, a little bit of programme and info about work as a member of representatives and board
🟢 At some point during the evening when all of the votes have been counted we will have election results and celebrate the representatives for year 2021! 🥂
🟢 22:00 o’clock end of the event
The election night will be held taking in consideration the existing circumstances. We obey THL guidance considering Covid-19.
Do not come if sick – there is a possibility to participate through remote access!
Take care of good hand hygiene – in the event there is a possibility to wash hands and access to hand disinfectant.
